The pups are learning dog skills of walking on leash, climbing stairs, and playing with the toy and not fingers. After the slow distracted walk onto the graduation stage and grassy area, the pups meet the resident cat. The cat introduces the pups to a new smell and movement, but nothing to get excited about. They close out their morning session with a romp in the play yard with the litter mates. Each pup is socialized about 20-30 minutes. The socializers will have 40-50 pups to work between 9 and noon.

In the play yard, Alda's pups and another litter were in the yard together. About 4 of the Alda pups came over and began climbing on me, I was shocked that they picked me out from all the other people. But I guess I have spent a lot of time with them in the last 8 weeks.

They will begin to go to the Puppy Raiser's homes in the next few days. All 3 boys were neutered a couple of days ago.
